- Ensure your CT scan folder contains the required DICOM files.

- DICOM files either have a .dcm extension or no extension at all.

- Your CT Scan should contain many sub-folders. One of these contains your DICOM files. This is the only folder we need to process your report. 

- To be safe you can upload your entire CT Scan folder when you order your report. 

- For faster upload times you can compress your folder in .zip format. However, you can also upload the entire folder as it is.
